The Pastoral Care Team will assist and support the priest in charge in identifying and providing the pastoral care needs of the parishioners. The Pastoral Care Team acknowledges the centrality of the sacraments in our life as Christians.
Therefore a primary function of the Pastoral Care Team will be assuring that those parishioners (who for any reason, temporary or permanent) are unable to attend service will have a regular opportunity to share and receive Holy Communion in their home.
Home communion will be available twice a month and also at the discretion of the priest in charge. The Pastoral Care Team is privileged to serve in this special ministry and remain committed to sharing God’s love with all.
