The Vitality Task Force is actively exploring new ways that St. James can be more visible in the Titusville community and new ways to become involved. Recently, the Soup Kitchen has welcomed fellow parishioner and Task Force member, Barb Ives, to the Tuesday lunches, on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Barb is able to use her vast experience in the area of government services to answer questions and help people who are having difficulty navigating government red tape in the areas of Medicare, VA, SSA, and public housing. Barb uses her lunch hour to reach out to the people of Titusville. As a result, St. James and the Soup Kitchen are greatly benefitted.
